Joel Wilson has been a practicing attorney since 2001 and a mediator since 2005. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Social Work. Mr. Wilson has focused his legal practice solely on Family Law matters, including divorce, paternity, custody and parenting time disputes, child support, alimony, modifications, and relocations. An experienced mediator, litigator, and a proponent of the Collaborative Divorce Method, Mr. Wilson is most importantly a compassionate advocate for families in their time of difficulty. Jennifer Hartman, FRP

Jennifer Hartman is a Florida Registered Paralegal since 2008 and a member of the Florida Bar Association since 2003. She graduated with her Associate’s degree in legal studies from Keiser University and her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a minor in Sociology from Columbia College. Ms. Hartman is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. In Ms. Hartman’s free time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
